With the discharge on the 4th version of Dungeons & Dragons in 2008, Wizards of the Coastline revoked the original d20STL, replacing it using a new license specifically for D&D, referred to as the sport process License. The phrases of the license are much like the d20STL, but there is no associated OGL or Open Content, along with the 4th-edition SR
